Sabine Amend is a practitioner of adaptive living and working. She serves clients in the roles of coach, trainer, and consultant, facilitating decision-making, communication and business approaches for global business success, including effective market entry strategies.
She has 20 years of international experience, having lived and worked in the PR China, the United Kingdom and Germany for extended periods of time. At present, she is a US resident. Sabine Amend is multi-lingual in four languages.
Prior to her career as an entrepreneur, she worked for the State of Virginia Department of Economic Development, assisting European companies with trade and investment in the US. Her excellent communication skills made her instrumental to successful EU-level lobbying for BARIG, an international airline association with members from more than 70 countries. For a subsidiary of Carl-Duisberg-Gesellschaft, one of the largest international human development companies in Germany, she served as the manager for international business trainings. Clients included companies such as Volkswagen and SiemensMatsushita.
An entrepreneur since 1998, she has established a successful business presence both in the USA and in Germany, serving medium-sized to Fortune 500 companies in East Asia, Western Europe and the US.
Her focus is on contributing to the success of companies that aspire to expand their global reach and international effectiveness. Services include consulting on market entry and communication, as well as coaching and training on developing a global mindset throughout organizations and strengthening country-specific cultural skills for leaders and teams.
