He consults in web design and development, web hosting, eCommerce, online
marketing, and web analytics. He is responsible for designing, developing and
promoting the Partners International web site. |

| Rich is an online marketing specialist who has been helping companies
build their website traffic since 1997. He was responsible for online
marketing campaigns, international domain name management, wireless
advertising, content management, affiliate program and customer loyalty management
for handy.de, the leading wireless portal and third most successful ecommerce
web site in Germany behind Amazon and Ebay. |

| Rich earned his B.S. Business Administration degree in Marketing and
Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas in 1990. |
