Biography: Qin Liu
Current Project:
Qin (pronounced as "chin") Liu is the founder of Business Logic Inc. He consults in software development and IT solutions on cost management, asset utilization, financial and management information integration.
Background:
He has over 14 years of experience in software development and database management. After graduated from the most prestigious university, TshingHua University, in Beijing, China, he came to pursue his higher education in the United States in 1997. He got his master degree of Electrical and Computer Engineering and MBA from university of Colorado at Boulder. He worked for a startup software company for 5 years, and was promoted from software engineer to project manager, and eventually Chief Technology Officer. He built and managed a remote development team in Beijing, China. After left this company, he started his own consulting practice to server small- to mid-sized companies. His experience and education allow him to deliver integrated high-tech solutions solving customers' critical function areas.

- MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, Boulder
- Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Colorado, Boulder
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from TsingHua University, Beijing, China
